Your specially prepared three course dinner is taken from our exclusive Brackenborough Bistro menu. Offering a range of sumputous dishes, using the most fresh and locally grown produce available your starter, entre and dessert promises to be a culinary delight.

On retiring to bed you will find that every single one of our newly decorated, ensuite rooms have been individually styled and finished with superior fittings and our own, exclusive Oak Ridge Hotel Egyptian cotton linen.
Upgrades are possible to one of our four poster bedrooms or an Executive Jacuzzi room or, if you would prefer just a little more space choose a family room with its own fitted DVD player.
